Qi-Questrian Liberty Clinic

The Qi-Questrian Liberty Clinic focuses on building a non-force based connection with your horse at liberty. We will learn about the various types of positive reinforcement training to help teach our horses as well as skills and tools for our own state of being. 

Arrive at Anna's Farm by 10 am Saturday May 25th. If you are bringing a horse, please arrive early to settle your horse in before we begin. If you wish to learn treat training techniques, please bring treats for your horse in a closed sandwich bag, fanny pack, or anything that can contain them while moving around. 

Please bring yourself human snacks and/or a Lunch. Water and drinks will be provided. I also encourage you to bring a chair if your are auditing. 

We will begin with introductions and a demo session without horses. Then we will gather horses and begin groundwork training and reward timing in the arena (horses will be haltered, please bring a lunge line or longer training lead rope). 

Around 12:30 we will break for lunch. 

Starting around 1 we will work one at a time in the round pen. Each participant will recieve 25 minutes one on one training with their horse loose in the round pen. Everyone is encouraged to watch other participants in order to learn tools they might relate to.

Spaces are limited to 6 particpants. Auditors are welcome. Trailer-ins welcome with current coggins and vaccinations.
