Qi-Questrian : Meditations for Horsewomen

Have you ever had to “pump yourself up” before a lesson? 

Have you gone into the ring at a show and your mind just stops, or you are so focused that your horse gets tense and hard to ride? 

Maybe you find yourself thinking "I have to do x/y/z no matter what because my horse needs it." Or even the dreaded, "Why do I keep doing this?" 

Horsewomen are powerful beings in that we create seemingly superhuman sources of self-motivation, but we don't always take the time to delve into what fuels us. In the 1-day Meditations for Horsewomen retreat, we rediscover what made us fall in love with horses and horsesport, find stillness in what we discover, and create a space for us to unlock that powerful motivation in a beneficial way.
