About the event
Join Madison DeCook for a clinic focused on teaching your horse how to properly handle fear and anxiety using fun groundwork and ridden exercises.
Participants will focus on honing their horsemanship skills with the help of entertaining obstacles and games with their horses. We will go over proper usage and timing of rewards (treats, pats, clickers, etc), how body language can affect our equine partner and tools to help horses and humans gain confidence in tricky situations.
The focus on this clinic will be mainly mounted execises for both english and western riders. An obstacle course will be set that will test what participants have learned about their equine partners.
